Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and maintain the technology vision and roadmap for 2026, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives.
- Innovation Management: Identify emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, etc.) and evaluate their potential impact on our product ecosystem.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence in code quality and architecture.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical strategies into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and investors.
- Resource Allocation: Oversee budgeting and resource planning for long-term R&D initiatives.
- Partnerships: Identify and evaluate strategic partnerships with technology providers and research institutions.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or technology strategy.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale technical projects.
- Vision: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and plan for the future (2026+ outlook).
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a focus on scalability and long-term viability.
