Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Solutions: Design scalable microservices and distributed systems capable of handling the demands of the 2026 era.
- Lead Roadmap Execution: Define technical strategies for the 2026 roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and emerging technologies.
- AI Integration: Oversee the integration of machine learning models into production pipelines to drive automation and efficiency.
- Cloud Optimization: Manage and optimize complex cloud environments (AWS/Azure) for maximum performance and cost-efficiency.
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust cybersecurity protocols to protect data integrity in a decentralized future.
- Team Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and architects in best practices for modern software development.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and system architecture.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Technologies: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, and deep knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker.
- Cloud Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with AWS or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Future Tech: Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and blockchain concepts is highly preferred.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
