Responsibilities
- Design and deploy next-generation distributed computing architectures for AI model training and inference.
- Optimize cloud infrastructure for extreme scalability and zero-latency performance.
- Lead the integration of quantum-ready protocols into classical AI pipelines.
- Establish security and ethical AI frameworks to prevent bias and ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical roadmaps for the 2026 release cycle.
- Monitor system health and implement predictive maintenance strategies.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in systems architecture and high-scale software development.
- Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust.
- Deep understanding of Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS/Azure architecture.
- Proven track record of leading large engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and hardware acceleration (GPUs/TPUs).
