Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI architectures for the 2026 roadmap, ensuring high availability and fault tolerance.
- Lead the integration of generative AI models into core production systems, optimizing for performance and latency.
- Oversee the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle, from data ingestion and feature engineering to model deployment and monitoring.
- Establish best practices for cloud infrastructure, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and MLOps pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior architects to maintain high engineering standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specializing in Machine Learning and AI systems architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and at least one major deep learning framework (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX).
- Proven experience deploying large-scale AI models in production environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and high-performance computing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
