Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable AI models integrated with quantum algorithms for the 2026 technology stack.
- Lead a team of engineers in developing proprietary machine learning frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex scientific concepts into deployable software products.
- Conduct research on emerging trends in quantum supremacy and artificial general intelligence.
- Optimize existing neural networks to run efficiently on next-generation hardware.
- Establish best practices for security, privacy, and data integrity in quantum environments.

Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust.
- Deep understanding of Quantum Computing principles (Qiskit, Cirq, or similar frameworks).
- Experience with Deep Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
