Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Collaborate with C-level executives to outline long-term technology goals and architectural strategies for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Lead Technical Innovation: Architect and oversee the deployment of next-generation AI systems, focusing on scalability, security, and performance.
- Bridge the Gap: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for non-technical stakeholders.
- Guardrails for Ethics: Establish frameworks for ethical AI usage, ensuring compliance with global standards and internal policies.
- Mentorship & Culture: Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture by mentoring senior engineers and fostering a spirit of curiosity.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technological bottlenecks and implement proactive solutions to mitigate risks.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focusing on AI/ML systems.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems architecture (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry shifts and adapt architectural blueprints accordingly.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
- Certifications: AWS Solutions Architect Professional or Google Professional Machine Learning Engineer certification is a plus.
