We are looking for a visionary Senior AI Architect to lead our research and engineering efforts, ensuring our solutions remain ahead of the curve through 2026 and beyond.
In this role, you will not just implement existing models; you will architect the systems that will define the AI landscape of the future. You will work at the intersection of deep learning, large language models (LLMs), and real-time decision-making systems.
Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen LLM Systems: Design scalable, high-performance generative AI architectures capable of handling enterprise-scale data streams.
- Lead Agentic AI Development: Spearhead the integration of autonomous agents into our core product suite, focusing on reasoning and tool-use capabilities.
- Optimize Inference & Training: Implement cutting-edge quantization and distributed training strategies to reduce latency and costs.
- Define Technical Roadmaps: Collaborate with C-level executives to set a technical vision aligned with the AI trends of 2026.
- Mentor Elite Engineering Teams: Foster a culture of innovation, conducting code reviews and technical workshops.
Qualifications
- Advanced Degree: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, with a focus on Machine Learning.
- Deep Learning Expertise: 5+ years of experience building production-grade AI systems using PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- LLM Mastery: Proven experience fine-tuning and deploying Large Language Models (e.g., GPT-4, LLaMA, Claude).
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Research Mindset: Track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL) or holding patents in AI.
