Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap Planning: Define and lead the technical architecture for our 2026 product vision, ensuring alignment with business goals and emerging tech trends.
- System Design: Design robust, scalable, and fault-tolerant distributed systems for Large Language Models (LLMs) and neural networks.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Guide a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Technical Governance: Establish best practices for coding, deployment, and model evaluation to ensure high-quality production environments.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Bridge the gap between technical teams and executive leadership, translating complex concepts into actionable strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead architecture role within AI/ML.
- Education: Masterβs degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is essential.
