Responsibilities

- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for AI ethics, safety, and governance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and design teams to translate high-level business needs into robust technical solutions.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software development and machine learning engineering.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and modern deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX).
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, data structures, and algorithmic complexity.
- Experience with MLOps tools and CI/CD pipelines for automated model deployment.
