Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, high-performance AI systems capable of processing petabytes of data.
- Lead the research and implementation of cutting-edge Generative AI models (Transformers, Diffusion models).
- Define the technical vision for AI integration across all product verticals.
- Ensure model reliability, safety, and ethical AI compliance (AI Safety & Alignment).
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specializing in Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven experience deploying LLMs and NLP solutions at scale.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure), and MLOps pipelines.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in guiding technical strategy and managing large engineering teams.
