Responsibilities

- Collaborate with product leaders to translate futuristic concepts into viable, executable engineering solutions.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and performance standards are met for future growth.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Proven track record of designing and deploying large-scale, production-ready AI models.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern data engineering pipelines.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and microservices architecture.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field is highly preferred.
