- Innovation Leadership: Prototype and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Large Language Models, Neuromorphic Computing) to determine feasibility for enterprise integration.
- Talent Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture, mentoring senior engineers and defining technical best practices for the future workforce.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical roadmaps into clear, compelling narratives for C-suite executives and product teams.
- Security & Compliance: Implement advanced security protocols to protect future-centric data assets and ensure regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years leading AI/ML infrastructure teams.
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (Ph.D. preferred).
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and align technology strategies with long-term business goals.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems in high-pressure environments.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
