Responsibilities

- Lead the research and implementation of Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, bias mitigation, and data governance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex technical requirements into robust engineering solutions.
- Optimize model inference and training times using distributed computing resources.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, machine learning, or data science.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face.
- Strong understanding of neural networks, deep learning, and natural language processing.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical strategy and mentor junior engineers.
