Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute a comprehensive technological roadmap for the year 2026, aligning with business goals and market trends.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor and analyze emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Blockchain) to forecast their potential impact on our industry.
- Innovation Leadership: Spearhead pilot programs for future tech integration and assess their scalability for enterprise-wide deployment.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with C-suite executives and product teams to translate high-level vision into actionable technical strategies.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technological risks and develop mitigation strategies for future infrastructure changes.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in senior technical architecture or strategic planning roles, with a focus on long-term forecasting.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to think beyond current constraints and conceptualize solutions for future challenges.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies, with the ability to quickly learn and evaluate new tools.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving change management initiatives.
