Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 fiscal year, ensuring alignment with business goals and emerging market trends.
- Tech Assessment: Conduct rigorous analysis of emerging technologies (e.g., AGI, Edge Computing, Blockchain) to determine viability and integration points.
- System Design: Architect high-availability, scalable systems capable of handling exabyte-scale data processing.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Guide a team of senior engineers and product managers in adopting forward-thinking methodologies.
- Legacy Modernization: Lead the transition of legacy monoliths to microservices and serverless architectures.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with C-suite executives and product teams to translate business visions into technical reality.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- AI Fluency: Demonstrated experience integrating AI/ML models into production environments.
- Future-Proof Mindset: Ability to anticipate technological shifts and adapt architectural strategies accordingly.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
