Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design end-to-end AI architectures that support high-volume data processing and real-time inference.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Model Integration: Oversee the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) and computer vision systems into our core SaaS products.
- Future-Proofing: Continuously evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., neuromorphic computing, quantum-ready algorithms) to future-proof our infrastructure.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into strategic roadmaps for executive leadership and product managers.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols to ensure data privacy and regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA).
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of software engineering experience with at least 3 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent deep learning frameworks.
- Cloud Mastery: Expert-level experience with AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Azure, specifically regarding AI services (Vertex AI, SageMaker, etc.).
- System Design: Strong background in distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to think long-term and adapt technology stacks to evolving market demands.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
