Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable, fault-tolerant AI architectures integrating quantum processing units (QPUs) and classical GPUs.
- Lead the R&D roadmap for the '2026 Vision' initiative, identifying emerging tech stacks and integration points.
- Optimize neural network latency and throughput for high-frequency trading and predictive analytics systems.
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to refine system interfaces and cooling solutions for next-gen processors.
- Establish security protocols for decentralized, quantum-resistant data encryption.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists in best practices for scalable systems.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Systems Architecture, with a focus on high-scale distributed systems.
- Deep expertise in programming languages such as Python, Rust, and specialized quantum computing languages (Q# or similar).
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams through complex technical challenges.
- Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and their hardware acceleration.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for executive stakeholders.
