Responsibilities
- 2026 Roadmap Development: Lead the strategic initiative to forecast and implement workforce trends for the year 2026, including the integration of autonomous agents and AI-driven decision support systems.
- Hybrid & Remote Strategy: Design and optimize flexible work policies that maximize productivity while fostering deep collaboration and employee well-being.
- AI Integration: Partner with technical teams to identify high-impact AI use cases for HR operations, talent acquisition, and internal communications.
- Change Management: Spearhead organizational transformation programs to ensure smooth adoption of new technologies and workflows across all departments.
- Policy & Compliance: Develop forward-looking frameworks for data privacy, algorithmic bias in hiring, and digital well-being.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in Strategic HR, Organizational Development, or Future of Work consulting, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership capacity.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of forecasting industry trends and translating them into actionable business strategies.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of Generative AI, automation tools, and how they impact the future of employment.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas to diverse stakeholders, from C-Suite to individual contributors.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
