- Lead the integration of Generative AI and Machine Learning into core business workflows.
- Identify emerging trends (e.g., Spatial Computing, Quantum Readiness) and assess their impact on organizational structure.
- Cultivate a culture of innovation, experimentation, and ethical AI adoption across all departments.
- Collaborate with HR and C-suite executives to redesign organizational structures for the future workforce.
- Oversee the selection and deployment of next-gen collaboration tools and platforms.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Strategic Planning, IT Management, or Organizational Development.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Automation.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives in Fortune 500 or high-growth environments.
- Strong understanding of the Future of Work paradigm, including remote/hybrid work dynamics and the metaverse.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
