Responsibilities
- Lead the development of the 2026 Strategic Vision for workforce transformation, specifically focusing on AI integration and automation.
- Analyze emerging trends in generative AI, robotics, and remote work to predict future skill requirements.
- Design and implement change management frameworks to ensure smooth adoption of new technologies.
- Collaborate with HR and Product teams to create upskilling and reskilling programs for the future workforce.
- Present complex strategic insights to C-level executives and stakeholders in a compelling, data-driven manner.
- Monitor competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for competitive advantage through technological innovation.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Business Administration (MBA), Strategic Management, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in strategic planning, organizational development, or technology consulting.
- Deep understanding of current and upcoming AI technologies and their implications for the workplace.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale transformation projects.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable strategic insights.
- Strong communication skills, capable of translating technical jargon into business value for diverse audiences.
