Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap: Define and execute a comprehensive AI strategy roadmap specifically tailored for 2026 and the future.
- Technology Integration: Lead the integration of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and predictive analytics into core business workflows.
- Ethical Governance: Establish robust ethical guidelines, bias mitigation strategies, and compliance frameworks for all AI deployments.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor and analyze emerging tech trends, including Quantum Computing and Spatial Computing, to inform long-term planning.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into business value propositions for C-level executives and cross-functional teams.
- Innovation Labs: Spearhead internal innovation initiatives to prototype and validate next-generation AI solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in Strategy, Technology Management, or AI Implementation, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA is highly preferred.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of current AI trends, NLP, computer vision, and neural network architectures.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex strategies to diverse audiences.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of driving digital transformation and solving complex business problems through technology.
