Responsibilities
- Architect Future Workflows: Design end-to-end AI-driven operational models that anticipate human needs and automate routine tasks for the 2026 standard.
- Strategic Implementation: Lead the deployment of agentic AI systems and autonomous agents within our enterprise ecosystem.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Translate complex AI capabilities into clear value propositions for C-suite executives and department heads.
- Continuous Innovation: Monitor global tech trends to ensure our systems remain at the forefront of the 2026 technological landscape.
- Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in current workflows and engineer AI solutions that drive measurable efficiency gains.
- Training & Adoption: Develop training programs to upskill internal teams on utilizing advanced AI tools effectively.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in AI engineering, Machine Learning Operations (MLOps), or Strategic Product Management.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of LLMs, NLP, and autonomous agent frameworks.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of envisioning and implementing long-term technological roadmaps.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (Master’s preferred).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
