Responsibilities
- Conduct deep-dive analysis of emerging technology trends and forecast their impact on the industry through 2026 and beyond.
- Define and articulate a comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap aligned with Apex Horizon's long-term business objectives.
- Collaborate with R&D and product teams to evaluate and pilot disruptive technologies (AI, Blockchain, AR/VR).
- Identify strategic partnerships and acquisition targets that align with our future vision.
- Communicate complex strategic concepts to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment across departments.
- Monitor regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies to ensure corporate compliance.
- Lead internal workshops to foster a culture of innovation and future-readiness among employees.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; Masterās degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology consulting, or product management within a high-growth environment.
- Proven track record of successfully forecasting and implementing technology trends (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing).
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize vast amounts of data into clear, actionable insights.
- Strong leadership presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and driving consensus on long-term strategic initiatives.
- Deep understanding of the US tech market and competitive landscape.
