- Develop and implement 2026 innovation roadmaps aligned with emerging tech trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum/AI-powered solutions
- Conduct horizon-scanning for disruptive technologies with 3-5 year impact
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused allocation
- Drive ESG integration into all future-facing initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or futurism roles
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI governance, or climate tech
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis frameworks
- Strong network with Silicon Valley research institutions
- PMP or equivalent innovation certification preferred
