Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 AI Roadmap: Create a comprehensive 5-year strategy that aligns our AI capabilities with global market shifts and emerging technologies.
- Lead the Innovation Think-Tank: Spearhead internal R&D initiatives, fostering a culture of experimentation and breakthrough thinking.
- Bridge the Gap: Translate complex futuristic concepts into actionable engineering requirements for our development teams.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks ensuring our AI systems remain ethical, transparent, and compliant with evolving regulations.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and evaluate acquisition targets or partnership opportunities in the quantum computing and biotech space.
- Executive Advisory: Present high-level strategies to the Board of Directors and stakeholders with compelling data and vision.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in AI/ML strategy, product management, or a senior engineering role leading high-impact projects.
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- Visionary Thinking: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and act on them proactively (e.g., writing about future tech, patents, or white papers).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams of 50+ engineers and data scientists.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), neural networks, and future tech stacks.
- Communication: Exceptional public speaking and writing skills, capable of articulating complex ideas to non-technical audiences.
