Responsibilities
- Define the long-term technical roadmap for AI systems targeting the 2026 horizon and beyond.
- Lead the architectural design of scalable, fault-tolerant deep learning systems and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align technical strategy with business objectives and market trends.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies, including quantum computing applications in AI.
- Mentor and guide a team of elite data scientists and machine learning engineers.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, safety, and regulatory compliance in autonomous systems.
- Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (Master’s with 10+ years of experience accepted).
- Extensive experience in designing and deploying production-grade AI systems and large-scale machine learning infrastructure.
- Proven track record of leadership in high-growth tech environments, specifically in AI/ML.
- Deep understanding of neural networks, reinforcement learning, and transformer architectures.
