Role Overview:
You will be responsible for designing the core intelligence architecture of our products. This is not just about coding; it is about envisioning how artificial intelligence will evolve by 2026 and building the infrastructure to support that future. You will bridge the gap between theoretical research and practical application, ensuring our AI is ethical, scalable, and transformative.
Responsibilities
- Architect 2026-Ready AI Systems: Design and implement scalable neural networks and Large Language Models (LLMs) capable of handling future data volumes and complexity.
- Lead Strategic Innovation: Spearhead R&D initiatives focused on emerging paradigms including Generative AI, Autonomous Agents, and Quantum-Ready Algorithms.
- Ensure Ethical Integrity: Establish and enforce frameworks for AI bias, transparency, and safety to ensure responsible deployment.
- Optimize Performance: Drive continuous optimization of model inference, reducing latency and computational costs in distributed cloud environments.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product teams to translate 2026 vision roadmaps into technical specifications and actionable milestones.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor senior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of deep learning and forward-thinking problem solving.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. Exceptional candidates with equivalent industry experience will also be considered.
- Experience: 8+ years in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 4 years in a senior architecture or lead role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and JAX. Experience with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow) is required.
- AI Specialization: Proven experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to anticipate technological trends and align technical strategies with long-term business goals.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written skills with the ability to present complex concepts to executive stakeholders.
