Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 technical support during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun, 6 AM - 6 PM)
- Monitor system performance and resolve critical infrastructure issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during handover procedures
- Document incident reports and maintain accurate service logs
- Conduct routine maintenance and security updates
- Train junior staff on weekend protocols
- Ensure compliance with company SLAs and industry standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years in IT operations or technical support roles
- Weekend availability mandatory (Saturday/Sunday shifts)
- CompTIA Network+ or AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner preferred
- Experience with ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow)
- Strong troubleshooting skills for cloud/on-prem environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
