Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain 24/7 technical infrastructure during weekend shifts
- Respond to system alerts and resolve incidents with minimal downtime
- Coordinate cross-functional weekend maintenance windows and updates
- Generate weekend performance reports and operational summaries
- Train weekend support staff on protocols and best practices
- Collaborate with weekday teams for seamless handovers
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT operations or infrastructure support experience
- Proven ability to work independently in weekend/holiday rotations
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and networking
- Certifications in CompTIA Network+ or AWS Solutions Architect preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving skills under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (7am-7pm)
