Responsibilities
- Provide technical troubleshooting and customer support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and resolve incoming support tickets and inquiries efficiently during weekend shifts.
- Document all customer interactions, solutions, and technical data in the CRM system accurately.
- Collaborate with the weekday support team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure high service standards are met.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new weekend support staff when required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with diverse clients.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace (remote or hybrid options available).
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus.
- Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday.
