You'll translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies while maintaining a pulse on global tech trends and regulatory landscapes.
Responsibilities
- Lead market research and competitive analysis for emerging technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, startups, and R&D labs
- Present technology insights to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Oversee pilot programs for emerging tech solutions with measurable ROI targets
- Drive innovation culture through internal hackathons and technology showcases
- Monitor regulatory developments and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, biotech, or sustainable tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Experience with technology forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi analysis, scenario planning)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate technical concepts into business value
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certification in innovation management or technology strategy preferred
