Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing prototype technologies targeting 2026 market readiness
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging trends in quantum computing, biotech convergence, and AI governance
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Secure patents and intellectual property for breakthrough innovations
- Present findings to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Mentor junior researchers and foster a culture of rapid experimentation
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years of tech innovation experience
- Proven track record in developing commercialized emerging tech products
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech
- Strong background in agile development and prototyping methodologies
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Published research or patents in relevant fields preferred
- Experience leading global R&D teams
