Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company's 2026 strategic vision, with a specific focus on AI integration and automation.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to identify and prototype high-impact emerging technologies.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to advise executive leadership on future investments.
- Oversee the roadmap for innovative product features that leverage next-gen data analytics.
- Foster a culture of innovation within the organization, encouraging creative problem-solving.
- Manage budgets for R&D initiatives and evaluate the ROI of emerging tech pilots.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to navigate the ethical implications of future tech.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technology consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully launching products in competitive markets.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures, blockchain, and Web3 technologies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies.
- Masterβs degree in Business Administration (MBA), Computer Science, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience managing remote and distributed teams.
