Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap, aligning technical strategy with business goals.
- Lead architectural initiatives for next-gen cloud infrastructure and scalable distributed systems.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI/ML, Blockchain, IoT) to drive competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with product management to translate market needs into technical specifications.
- Mentor engineering leadership and foster a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Manage the R&D budget and oversee the allocation of resources for long-term projects.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for innovation initiatives and measure ROI.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of defining long-term technology roadmaps and executing complex digital transformations.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices architecture.
- Strong background in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Data Science integration.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and driving organizational change.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
