Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 5-year strategic roadmap, with a specific focus on the 2026 technological milestones and deliverables.
- Identify emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, AR/VR) and assess their potential impact on our product ecosystem by 2026.
- Lead high-level cross-functional collaboration between R&D, Product, and Marketing to align on long-term vision.
- Manage a budget of $10M+ dedicated to future tech incubation and R&D initiatives.
- Present quarterly strategic updates to the C-Suite and Board of Directors regarding progress toward 2026 goals.
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators to drive innovation pipelines.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology management, or executive leadership roles within the tech industry.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale strategic initiatives on time and within budget.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
