Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the comprehensive technology strategy for 2026, focusing on AI-driven automation and digital transformation.
- AI Integration Leadership: Oversee the deployment of advanced AI models, ensuring seamless integration into our core products and services.
- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performance team of engineers, data scientists, and SEO specialists.
- Innovation Management: Identify emerging trends in quantum computing and generative AI to maintain a competitive edge.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for investors, board members, and clients.
- Operational Excellence: Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the success of digital initiatives and ensure scalable growth.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in AI or advanced digital strategy.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), machine learning pipelines, and SEO algorithms.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Future-Proof Mindset: A proven track record of anticipating market shifts and adapting strategies accordingly.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, P&L, and large-scale projects.
