Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic roadmap for Generative AI development, focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal systems.
- Architect scalable cloud infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data processing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core product ecosystems.
- Mentor senior engineers and define technical standards for the engineering department.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically those relevant to the 2026 technological landscape.
- Ensure all AI implementations adhere to strict ethical guidelines and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of neural networks, NLP, and computer vision.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is highly preferred.
