Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Lead the evaluation and integration of emerging technologies (GenAI, Spatial Computing, Edge AI).
- Collaborate with R&D and product teams to prototype future-state solutions.
- Manage a high-performance team of strategists and technical leads.
- Identify potential risks and opportunities in the evolving tech landscape.
- Present quarterly progress updates to the C-Suite and Board of Directors.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or R&D leadership.
- Proven track record of defining long-term (5+ year) strategic visions.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Future Tech trends.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Experience managing budgets of $5M+ and leading cross-functional teams.
- Strategic thinker with a strong bias for action and innovation.
