In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between high-level corporate strategy and cutting-edge engineering execution. You will lead a cross-functional team of futurists, data scientists, and engineers to build a sustainable innovation engine that drives our competitive advantage.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning emerging tech with business objectives.
- Lead a dedicated Future Tech Lab to prototype and validate concepts such as Quantum Computing, AI Agents, and Spatial Computing.
- Conduct rigorous market research and competitive analysis to identify disruptive trends before they become mainstream.
- Cultivate partnerships with key technology providers, universities, and research institutions to foster innovation.
- Manage the budget for experimental projects and transition viable prototypes into production environments.
- Present complex technical strategies to the C-Suite and Board of Directors in a clear, compelling manner.
- Mentor a team of innovators, fostering a culture of curiosity and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, strategy, or product management within a Fortune 500 environment.
- Proven track record of successfully launching disruptive products or leading major digital transformations.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, with a specific interest in the trends defining 2026 and beyond.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical jargon into business value.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and navigating organizational change.
- Demonstrated ability to think long-term while delivering immediate results.
