Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in software engineering, product strategy, or executive leadership roles.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to lead long-term technology strategies and roadmap planning.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, Cloud Architecture, and Web3 technologies.
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing large, high-performing engineering teams.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
