Responsibilities

- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to executive leadership and board members to secure buy-in and funding.
- Team Building: Recruit, mentor, and cultivate a high-performance engineering and R&D team culture focused on excellence.
- Partnership Development: Identify and nurture strategic partnerships with key technology providers and academic institutions.
- Risk Management: Assess potential risks associated with new tech adoption and develop mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in a senior technical leadership role, with at least 5 years in a strategic or executive capacity.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and future tech trends.
