Responsibilities
- Develop and articulate a comprehensive 5-year technology and operations roadmap focused on the 2026 vision.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in strategic operations, technology leadership, or a related field.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives and implementing forward-looking strategies.

- Exceptional executive presence, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
