Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning tech innovation with business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in AI, Quantum Computing, and Next-Gen Interfaces.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies to maintain a competitive advantage in the market.
- Manage a team of senior engineers and futurists to prototype and validate 2026 vision concepts.
- Establish strategic partnerships with key technology vendors and academic institutions.
- Oversee budget allocation for long-term tech investments and infrastructure scaling.
- Advocate for ethical AI and sustainable technology practices across the organization.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in executive technology leadership, strategy, or R&D management.
- Proven track record of delivering innovative solutions in high-growth environments.
- Deep technical expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Cloud Architecture.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
