Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee research and development initiatives focusing on emerging technologies, including AI, Quantum Computing, and Advanced Robotics.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders, securing buy-in and funding for major initiatives.
- Team Building: Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and futurists.
- Innovation Management: Identify and evaluate emerging tech trends to ensure Nexus Horizon remains at the forefront of industry innovation.
- Project Governance: Manage the lifecycle of major technology projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with a proven track record of managing large-scale R&D programs.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
