Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying key emerging technologies and market opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the research, development, and pilot testing of cutting-edge solutions.
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, research labs, and tech innovators to stay ahead of the curve.
- Oversee the architectural vision for large-scale systems, ensuring scalability and security in future-proof designs.
- Present complex technical strategies to the C-Suite and board members to secure funding and stakeholder buy-in.
- Mentor engineering leadership and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Monitor industry trends to pivot strategies quickly in response to the evolving technological landscape.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, including at least 5 years in a senior strategy or architectural role.
- Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale technology transformations and product launches.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and next-gen computing paradigms.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Experience managing budgets and resources for high-budget R&D initiatives.
- Masterâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
