Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and communicate the comprehensive technology roadmap for the year 2026 and beyond, aligning technical capabilities with business goals.
- Emerging Tech Scouting: Continuously monitor and evaluate breakthrough technologies (such as Quantum Computing, Advanced AI, and Biotech) to identify viable integration opportunities.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee a dedicated research and development team focused on prototyping future solutions and maintaining a competitive edge.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Translate complex future-tech concepts into clear, compelling narratives for investors, board members, and executive leadership.
- Talent Acquisition: Build and mentor a world-class team of futurists, engineers, and strategists.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in senior leadership roles within the technology sector, with at least 5 years in a strategic planning or R&D capacity.
