Responsibilities

- Lead research and adoption of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3)
- Direct R&D initiatives for next-gen products with $10M+ annual budget
- Partner with venture capital to scout and integrate disruptive startups
- Present strategic vision to board and investors through compelling data narratives
- Mentor innovation lab teams in rapid prototyping and agile methodologies
- Establish KPIs for measuring future-readiness across all business units
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology leadership with 5+ in C-suite roles
- Proven track record in scaling tech teams to 100+ professionals
- Advanced degree in Computer Science or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership on tech disruption (IEEE, ACM, etc.)
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, etc.)
- Global network of tech innovators and academic researchers
- Portfolio of successfully launched future-facing products
