Responsibilities
- Lead strategic R&D initiatives for next-generation technologies including AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Develop and execute 2026+ innovation roadmaps aligned with market trends and company vision
- Manage cross-functional teams of researchers, engineers, and product specialists
- Secure and manage partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through internal R&D and client solutions
- Present technological vision and progress to C-suite executives and stakeholders
- Mentor talent and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in technology leadership with 5+ years in R&D or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching futuristic technologies to market
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or emerging tech domains
- Strong strategic planning and business acumen
- Experience securing $5M+ in R&D funding or partnerships
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
