- Oversee patent portfolios and intellectual property protection for emerging technologies
- Mentor innovation teams while fostering a culture of experimentation and rapid prototyping
- Present technology visions to executive stakeholders and investors
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology leadership with 5+ in emerging tech strategy roles
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record scaling disruptive technologies from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or Web3 architecture
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or major tech conferences
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding or venture capital
- Certified in Agile/Scrum methodologies and technology governance frameworks
