Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budget through compelling stakeholder presentations
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and global tech incubators
- Drive commercialization of at least three breakthrough technologies by 2026
- Present quarterly innovation roadmaps to the Board of Directors
- Mentor senior engineers and researchers in futuristic technology domains
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology leadership with 5+ years in R&D or innovation strategy
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (AI, quantum, or biotech preferred)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience securing $1M+ in government or private R&D funding
- Deep understanding of 2026 technology landscape (e.g., AGI, quantum advantage)
